MyChart offers a convenient way to access your health information, enabling you to efficiently manage care for you and your family. With MyChart, you can:

• Communicate with your care team.
• Review test results, medications, immunization history, and other health information.
• Connect your account to Apple Health to import health-related data from your personal devices into MyChart.
• Access your After Visit Summary® for previous visits and hospital stays, along with any clinical notes your provider has shared.
• Schedule and handle appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
• Obtain cost estimates for healthcare services.
• View and settle your medical bills.
• Securely share your medical record with anyone, anywhere with internet access.
• Integrate your accounts from other healthcare providers so you can view all your health data in one place, even if you've received care from multiple sources.
• Receive push notifications for new updates in MyChart. You can manage push notifications in the Account Settings within the app.

Selected features are also compatible with Apple Watch.

To utilize MediSys Connect, you are required to create an account with MediSys Health Network. To register an account, download the app, click on Sign Up, or visit our MediSys Connect Sign Up Page. After registration, enable Face ID, Touch ID, or a four-digit passcode for swift login without the need for your MediSys Connect credentials each time. Ensure that push notifications are activated to receive real-time updates on new information within MediSys Connect.
